A famous foreign company The general requirement on this position include:
- 5 plus years experience in HR, preferrably taking care of two or more HR sub-functions inlcuding training and development, employee relations, with multi-national companies.
- Proficient in English.
- Exellent communication skills, able to deal with employees at different levels ranging from shop floor workers to mid level managers.
