Specific Job Responsibilities:
In charge of the Equipment Dept, and support production Dept. with good service;
In charge of the validation and cooperate with others Dept for GMP;
To be an project manager , insure that all the item be fit for quality, schedule and expenses;
Supervise to found the defendable system, and arrange the maintain plan;
Ensure proper maintenance of all machines and equipment to avoid downtime and ensure all safety equipment are in good orders at all time.;
Cooperate with Finance Dept, in charge of fixed assets when purchase check in distract reject;
Make sure that measure for equipment is accord with law;
Help the Operation Director to control the charge of energy sources;
Establish and maintain good safety and housekeeping practices among employees.
Relevant Skills and Experience：
Minimum 8-10 working experience in manufacturing industry, with minimum 3-5 years experience in Managerial level;
Strong Interpersonal skills/observation ability/analytic capability;
Good English skill both in written and spoken;
Good computer skills, MS office proficiency required.
Relevant Professional / Educational Background：
Bachelor Degree in Mechanism/Chemical Engineering/Electronic/Auto-Industry;
Demonstrated ability to align E/M issues with key business drives;
Interface effectively with all levels within company;
