    职位描述:

    Required Education

    Degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or relevant subjects

    Required Experience

    5+ years of similar working experience in medium/large size manufacturing MNCs, with minimum 2 years in supervisory position.

    Specialized Knowledge/Skills

    Ø Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills.

    Ø Detail-focused, extremely organized, and customer service oriented.

    Ø Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts and high- pressure environment.

    Ø Good command of written and oral English.

    Ø Thorough knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.

    Ø Familiar with Local labor law in shanghai



    职位职责:

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Ø Leads and supervises the HR team to complete the routine HR tasks of recruitment, C&B, performance management, disputes resolution etc. in compliance with agreed HR policies and procedures.

    Ø Reviews and revises the existing HR policy systems, and recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

    Ø Provides advice and counsel to managers, supervisors and employee regarding HR practices, policy, and employment laws.

    Ø Analyzes, maintains and communicates of HR records required by top management, law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.

    Ø Communicates with employees at all levels, delivers and explains company policies, and strengthens communications with department managers to create an open, cooperative atmosphere.

    Ø Acts as a liaison between the company and relevant labor authorities.

    Ø Contacts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such temporary workers, search firms or internship programs.
