2、面对客户同时负责客户交付；
3、在质量、成本和期限方面负责客户满意度工作；
4、根据供应商整合的时间表管理项目，确定相关的风险并管理整改措施的执行情况；
5、负责产品/过程质量和产品毛利率，投资及开发成本；
6、会应用CIP（运费和保险费付至）和项目管理手册，负责APQP启动团队在样机和生产方面所需的相关的工具。

Leading Continuous Improvement;Ability to focus a team on deadlines;Facilitating Team pererrorformance;Listening and Patience;Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin 2.Exceptional organizational and communication skills both verbal and written 优秀的组织能力和沟通能力; 3.Thorough knowledge of TS16949, APQP procedures, Quality Engineering, Supplier Management, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques, Computer Literate 非常熟悉TS16949, APQP，质量工程和供应商管理，能读懂图纸，优秀的测量技术，熟练使用电脑; 4.Knowledge of GD&T, QFD, Design for Manufacturing, VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, Quoting Procedures / Contract Review 熟悉几何尺寸及公差、QFD、制造设计、VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA,平面布置、工艺流程图、控制计划、报价程序和合同制定; 5.Working knowledge of MS Project and office SW 熟练使用Project和其他办公软件。
任职资格： 3-5 years minimum Program Management experience in the automotive industry3-5年汽车行业项目管理经验; 汽车/管理或机械工程类本科及以上学历
