Over 3 years experience in production planning or production supervisor
3年以上生产计划或者生产管理经验；
Goods skill in checking and following production progress status
检查及跟踪生产进程上具有良好的技术；
Goods experience in stock management and stock take.
有良好的管理库存及取库存的经验；
Good skills in working with figures, spreadsheet and tables
熟练操作数字，计算表及统计表等；
Good skills in using ERP system
熟练使用ERP系统；
Goods skills in reporting
善于做报告；
Rigorous and pay attention to detail
态度严谨，注重细节；
Good communication skills in English

Job description: 工作描述
Be responsible for make feasible production plan based on SOP, forecast, material status, production capability.
根据SOP，预测，物料状况，生产力等，制定合适的生产计划；
Coordinate with production team to make fully use of production capacity and assure smooth production flow.
与生产团队协作，使生产力得以完整使用并确保生产顺利进展；
Follow up the implementing status of production plan, check production reports to sum up and analyze plan fulfillment status. Make sure delivery on time 100%
跟踪生产计划的实施情况，核实生产报告来总结，分析完成状况。 确保100％准时交货；
Reaction quickly on customer demand changes, update production plan, ensuring customer’s requirement is satisfied.
对客户要求改变作出及时回应，更新生产计划，确保客户要求得以满足；
Keep good relationship with related departments to get effective communication and cooperation.
与相关部门良好有效的沟通及协作；
Other duty assigned by supervisor.
