Main responsibilities:
Support GM in strategy establishment and implement in China
Support GM in operation management and organizational coordination covering headquarters communication and cross-department collaboration
Support GM to conduct production planning, optimize production process, collocate relevant resources and monitor personnel deployment
Support GM in quality system improvement and logistic control as well as import & export management
Support GM in project process track and management
Assist in commercial issues such as cost analysis and budget control
Assist in supplier evaluation and management
Cooperate with sales team to take part in exhibitions and professional seminars; attend government meetings and activities on behalf of the company
Be responsible for acting management when GM is not present
Working experiences
Assistant GM experience in international company
Ability to work cross-functionally
Experienced in project management
Familiar with company's operation process
Proven track records of team management
Able to follow up things in a planned way
Age:
Above 30
Educational qualification:
College degree or above, major in economics with technical understanding or major in engineering with commercial experience
Language:
Fluent in English
